MIX Goenitz			Boss Goenitz - AKA 96 Goenitz
Boss Goenitz can perform DMs without any powerbar or MAX enabled. However, if he has a powerbar it will be used anyways. As for super cancels, 1 powerbar OR MAX enabled will be enough. His SDMs, however, follow the standard requirements. Boss Goenitz has the fastest run ever seen on any KOF.
